Peter Hamilton - Managing Director

Peter Hamilton brings more than 25 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, with a Master’s in Manufacturing Systems from Kingston University. Starting in the world of property in 2000 as a buy-to-let investor and renovator in Athens, Greece, he now leads high-value development projects in the UK – transforming underutilised commercial buildings into high-quality homes.
Peter’s expertise in strategic leadership, project execution, and securing European funding drives innovation and efficiency. He fosters a collaborative culture, uniting architects, engineers, and planners to deliver exceptional, lasting homes. In his spare time, Peter enjoys family sports and coaching children in windsurfing.

Anna Vanina - Operations Director

Raised in a family of civil engineers, Anna contributed to building their self-designed family home during her university years. A qualified General Practitioner with a strong healthcare background, Anna excels in leadership and team management, consistently guiding teams to achieve excellence.

Anna’s commitment to helping people drives her to deliver bespoke housing solutions that surpass expectations, enhancing living options for individuals and families. When free from work, she enjoys family adventures, learning languages, and exploring the great outdoors – a reflection of her curiosity and love for connection.

Colin Smith – Planning Consultant

With over 30 years of experience in planning, design, and development, Colin Smith brings extensive expertise in navigating complex planning regulations and unlocking the potential of land and property assets. Widely regarded as an authority on commercial-to-residential conversions and permitted development rights, he has successfully guided hundreds of projects from concept to completion.
